This pipe allows the removal of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve on the 1999-2005 VAG (transverse) 1.9 PD engine with the following codes: ARL (130bhp), ASZ (150bhp), BPX (160bhp) and BUK (160bhp) Incorporated onto the replacement pipe is a boost gauge connection, which can be blanked off if not needed with a short length of pipe (supplied). Please note: All parts necessary for installation are included, however it is necesary to re-use the existing valve "O" ring seal with this pipe. This part replaces the stock white plastic filler, blue lid and plastic tube that leads to the main washer bottle in the inner wing, as they look a little out of place in the engine bay. The filler is replaces by an aluminium spun bottle with a Forge cap, and the tube is replaced with our own silicon hose.
